Sai Kung warehouse occupied around 20,000 sq. m.and has been in production since mid-1988. It conformed to the safety standard of the Hong Kong Government and had modern paint manufacturing equipments at that time. However, the majority of paint production has moved to the Shenzhen plant since its establishment in 1991. And nowadays, Sai Kung warehouse only use for the storage of sales products.

The Shenzhen plant, with the area around 60,000 sq. m, started its production in 1991. Its practical and modern design conformed to the international safety standard, and went to its full production in the end of 1993, leading it to be one of the largest paint manufacturing factories in the Southeast Asia.

It is furnished with the most modern paint manufacturing equipments that enable it to increase the production capacity as well as to improve the quality and the efficiency of production. The approved maximum production capacity of the Shenzhen plant can attain to 130,000 tons per year.

In addition, the Shenzhen plant is one of the first paint manufacturer in China being awarded the ISO 9001 accreditation by the British Standard Institute (BSI) in the scope of design, development, manufacturing, sales and services of paints and solvent products in August, 1996.

Hubei Giraffe Paint Mfg. Co., Ltd – Hubei plant

The Hubei plant, set up in June 1992, is located at the high-tech industrial development zone in the Gedian, Hubei Province. With the total area around 30,000 sq. m, it attains the approved maximum production capacity to over 20,000 tons per year.

The Xuzhou plant was set up in July 2005. With the total area around 37,000 sq. m, its approved maximum production capacity attained to 10,000 tons per year.

To react rapidly to the market change and fulfill the increasing demands in the eastern China, the Shanghai plant, with total area of 30,000 sq. m in the Qingpu district, started its construction in 2009 and in production in 2014. And now planning to change it into a modern research center.

To support the rapid business expansion in the China market, the Xinfeng plant, with total area around 260,000 sq. m, started its construction in the end of 2010. Different development stage had been completed and in production during 2015-2016. Being 4 times larger than the Shenzhen plant, the Xinfeng plant will be well equipped with the advanced, modern and automatic production facilities. The approved annual production capacity can attain to 100,000 tons.
